Whatever Happened To Bob Saget?
I don’t think Robert Saget is that funny. This is because he is kind of disrespectful and dirty. He is better on the big screen than he is at being a comedian. Alas, gone are the innocent days of Danny Tanner. Although Danny/Bob was the father to the Olsen Twins on that show, and they turned out great, didn’t they? Boom! Let’s change the topic a little. In Entourage, Saget is great. There is even an episode where he reunites with John Stamos, better known as Uncle Jesse. I won’t tell you the plot, because I don’t want to ruin it for folks, but it’s hilarious and you should watch it. Even though Saget is sort of dirty, I can’t deny that he is talented. Here are some of his jokes: “The nature of comedy is ‘just do it.’ But I think what’s interesting about it is this joke has been around and why.” “And it’s just saying what’s wrong and how wrong can you be if you say it.” “I don’t roll like that but I’ve never been with a hooker either.” “Yeah, that’s good to say in an interview cause I feel bad a little because people grew up watching me and that’s a little disturbing.” – Bob Saget The Roast of Bob Saget is dirty, but it also is great. But again, its humor was for adults and a lot of it is fresh and there are lots of sexual references and explicit content. Here’s what John Stamos (dotingly known as Uncle Jesse) had to say about Bob Saget’s career: “The whole time Bob and I were doing ‘Full House,’ he was also hosting ‘America’s Funniest Home Videos’. null You can also see this at the top of the blog post. See what I mean? I am a 25 year old male who is more concerned about where to buy portable printers, but I am mature. Like, to reiterate, I definitely think it’s funny, but it’s too dirty for anyone under the age of sixteen in my opinion. Do ya know what I mean? Except Entourage, I wonder what kind of jobs Bob Saget is up to nowadays. Anyone know? Please comment if you know what he’s doing. Why, you ask? Just wondering. Also, in Hollywood, people’s personas and images are carefully crafted by their publicists and expensive PR agents. I sometimes wonder what Bob Saget is like with all the cameras off. Seriously. Is he a dick like he acts on Entourage or in his comedy, or is he a “nice guy” like he portrayed in Full House as Danny Tanner.
