Is there a way to open up a camcorder, cut the lines to the built in microphone, and put in a microphone jack?
I read that the microphones that are built in do not work well, but my camcorder, a DCR-HC36, doesnt have a external microphone jack. I would like to know if it is possible to clip the lines to the current built in microphone and install a external microphone jack to the original microphone lines.
Not recommended.
Sell the one you have and buy a camcorder that meets your needs.
